Here are my policies:
By booking or collaborating with Jennifer Garcia, you are accepting the terms and conditions of their services:
(1.) Jennifer does not provide hair services.
(2.) Jennifer does not have a permanent location for client services.
(3.) All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Deposits are now accepted through this website. Jennifer is no longer accepting deposit payment methods through cash, Venmo, or Zelle. Checks are not accepted.
(4.) If a client is more than 30 minutes late, their appointment will be canceled. If the client, absolutely needs Jennifer for this day, she will stay for an additional fee of $50. If Jennifer is unable to make the appointment time due to an emergency, she will refund the full deposit amount.
(5.) Jennifer practices conscientious sanitation protocols, routinely cleans her products, and uses disposable applicators.
If you have permanent eyelash extensions, you must advise Jennifer of any additional precautions BEFORE your makeup application.
You must advise Jennifer of any allergies you have before the service.
By booking Jennifer Garcia, you are trusting her with her sanitation practices and you are agreeing that she is not liable for any potential skin breakouts, allergic reactions, or eye or skin infections and will not be held accountable.
You acknowledge and consent that Jennifer is self-taught makeup artist.
(6.) For clients within New Jersey, the travel fee is $20 per half hour in addition to the service price listed.
For clients outside of New Jersey, there is a travel fee starting at $100.
(7.) By booking Jennifer for your service, you are agreeing to possibly having your picture or video taken. You are agreeing that your pictures may be shared on social media, this website, and to her portfolio.
If a client absolutely refuses to have their picture taken, Jennifer will not take it. Clients are not required to post pictures of Jennifer's work. If you decide to post on Instagram, please tag her work with the Instagram handle below:
